The only tyhing that could be causing that is a bad connection on your end mate. ask your internet provider why it keeps occuring.

My internet provider is tooooo bad bud...
I have to wait tomorrow to play again...and play always on leptop and by wireless mode...

try unplugin your modem from your wireless adapter, normally helps it reset itself

i have normal internet connection..i can go messenger..see sites like yours... the problem is only about SOF2
It isn't apeear any server or the servers that apeears i can't play there...

It is probable that your router or firewall are blocking your connection. You need to make sure the SoF2mp is added the the exception rules under what ever firewall you use.
For your router you need to visit portforward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall and follow the links to your router/modem and then sof2.

This will show you how to open the range of ports for SoF2 20100-20112

did you try to put MoD server ip in Favorite when you look at servers list in game ?
